Free Public Transport & Shuttle Service
We are pleased to inform you that from September 5th to September 8th, public transport will be free for all attendees with valid accreditation.

To reach the event venue, please follow these steps:

  • Head to the bus stop Kino Šiška, conveniently located in front of the M Hotel.
  • Take Bus Line 1 towards Dolgi most.
  • Remain on the bus until the final stop, Dolgi most.
  • From Dolgi most, enjoy a brief 10-minute walk to the event hall.

Additionally, we will have one shuttle van operating between the venue and the M Hotel according to the following schedule:
  • 07:30 - Departure from M Hotel
  • 11:00 - Departure from Dolgi most
  • 11:30 - Departure from M Hotel
  • 15:00 - Departure from Dolgi most
  • 15:30 - Departure from M Hotel
  • 19:00 - Departure from Dolgi most
  • 19:30 - Departure from M Hotel
  • 21:00 - Departure from Dolgi most

Free transport will be provided from the airport (Ljubljana Joze Pucnik Airport), train stations (Ljubljana) to the venue/official hotels if accommodation has been booked in official provided hotels.

The deadline for booking transport is 1. 9. 2024 Players shall not plan their departure less than 2 (two) hours after their last match is planned to conclude. If a player is unable to compete due to early departure, he/she shall be penalized by Forfeiture of rewards (removal of Elite Circuit ranking points and shall not be awarded prizes or prize money). Badminton Europe shall propose to BWF that the gained BWF ranking points are also removed. (Regulation 9.5 in Badminton Europe's Elite Circuit Regulations)
