Free Public Transport & Shuttle Service

We are pleased to inform you that from September 5th to September 8th, public transport will be free for all attendees with valid accreditation.

To reach the event venue, please follow these steps:

  • Head to the bus stop Kino Šiška, conveniently located in front of the M Hotel.
  • Take Bus Line 1 towards Dolgi most.
  • Remain on the bus until the final stop, Dolgi most.
  • From Dolgi most, enjoy a brief 10-minute walk to the event hall.

Additionally, we will have one shuttle van operating between the venue and the M Hotel according to the following schedule:
  • 07:30 - Departure from M Hotel
  • 11:00 - Departure from Dolgi most
  • 11:30 - Departure from M Hotel
  • 15:00 - Departure from Dolgi most
  • 15:30 - Departure from M Hotel
  • 19:00 - Departure from Dolgi most
  • 19:30 - Departure from M Hotel
  • 21:00 - Departure from Dolgi most

We are excited to provide you with our catering services during the upcoming event from September 5th to September 8th, 2024, at the Dolgi Most hall in Ljubljana. Below is the meal plan specially curated for you:


Meal Timetable

  • Lunch: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
  • Dinner: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Pricing
  • Lunch: 12€/person
  • Dinner: 10€/person

VAT is included in the price.

Important Information:
Meal coupons can be collected at the info desk up to 2 hours before the meal. Make sure to grab yours in time!

Due to an error in the draw size in the acceptance list we are forced to do changes in SINGLES events time schedule.
error was made allowing more players than possible according to the regulations into the main draw of men and women singles events.
Therefore, with the confirmation from the Chair of the Events Committee we will change the schedule as follows:

  • Thursday 5 Sept – 9h: Qualification
  • Thursday 5 Sept – Not before 14h: MS & WS R64
  • Friday 6 Sept – 9h: Qualifiers of R64 MS + R32 + R16 MD/WD/XD
  • Saturday 7 Sept – 9h: R16 MS &WS + QF + SF MD/WD/XD
  • Sunday 8 Sept – 9h: SF MS & WS + F

Please notify all the players entered and team managers of this change. It will be also published in our calendar and Tournament Software during today.
